PU Casting Foam Resins
WEBAC® 2260/B60
- Classic Line
PU casting foam resins are hard, pressure-resistant, closed-cell foam resins based on polyurethane. They offer both high dimensional stability and good thermal insulation properties. Cast foam resins are suitable for filling cavities/voids in double-shell masonry, wall openings, and similar sealing applications. During the reaction process, a dimensionally stable foam body forms, completely filling the voids and providing a permanent seal. In addition, the material serves as an ideal backing for the post-construction installation of a damp proof course (dpc).
PU Casting Foam Resins
WEBAC 2260 is a slow-expanding, thermally insulating PU casting foam resin. It cures into a pressure-resistant, non-brittle rigid foam with a fine-pored, closed-cell, and hydrophobic structure. It is used to fill voids, cracks, and gaps, e.g., in double-shell masonry or around pipe penetrations, and also serves as a sealant.
