WEBAC® 4204
- Classic Line
WEBAC epoxy resin is suitable for priming as well as for use as a scratch coat and leveling compound. A WEBAC epoxy resin primer forms durable bonding bridges on oily, damp, and low-absorbency substrates.
Epoxy Coating Systems
WEBAC 4204 is a versatile, highly fillable epoxy resin. It wets mineral substrates very well and cures with a constant volume. Once cured, WEBAC 4204 offers high strength and good mechanical resistance. It serves as a primer for dry mineral substrates and as a base resin for leveling and scratch coats to prepare surfaces for subsequent coatings.
Epoxy Coating Systems
WEBAC 4270E is a very low-viscosity, fast-curing EP primer that cures to a viscoelastic to rigid state, with constant volume and no tackiness. Thanks to its excellent wetting of the substrate and high compatibility with oil and moisture, the material penetrates well into dry, damp, open-pored, and even oily mineral substrates, where it promotes secure bonding. Due to its high mechanical strength, WEBAC 4270E is suitable as a special primer for demanding substrates as well as for mortar screeds, scratch coats, and leveling compounds.
Epoxy Coating Systems
WEBAC 4270T is a low-viscosity, fast-curing epoxy primer. It is characterized by excellent adhesion to the substrate and high resistance to oil and moisture, and is also suitable for use at low temperatures. The material cures with constant volume and becomes tack-free, offering impressive mechanical strength. It is used as a special primer on demanding substrates and as a mortar for hollow coves.
Epoxy Coating Systems
WEBAC 4420 is a fiber-reinforced, easy-to-apply epoxy protective coating. It cures stably even on vertical surfaces and adheres reliably to dry, damp, and wet concrete surfaces. It offers excellent chemical resistance and abrasion resistance, making it particularly suitable for industrial floors as well as sewer and manhole areas.
Epoxy Coating Systems
WEBAC 4430 is a self-leveling epoxy coating for cement-based substrates. It cures without shrinkage and offers impressive mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. Thanks to its protective, sealing, and wear-resistant properties, it is particularly suitable for creating robust epoxy resin screeds in industrial applications and for protecting heavily trafficked surfaces.
Epoxy Coating Systems
WEBAC ST200 and WEBAC ST300 are stabilizers that increase the stability of WEBAC resins and prevent the settling of fillers and pigments during processing and curing. They are used to ensure that resins can be processed in a stable and consistent manner.
