Hybrid Injection System
WEBAC® HIS
- Consolidation Line

Tunnel face consolidation involves stabilizing the tunnel face during tunnel or adit excavation in preparation for further stabilization and support measures. It serves as a preventive safety measure in unstable conditions and in the event of unexpected water inflows, as well as to prepare for blasting holes and pre-face consolidation.
Depending on the tunnel construction method, different materials are used: In TBM tunneling, fast-solidifying silicate resins that do not stick an can be cutted and planed, are used in particular, while in conventional tunneling, fast-reacting polyurethane systems with adjustable properties are also employed, which simultaneously provide a waterproofing effect. This ensures that subsequent securing and lining work can be carried out reliably.
Hybrid Injection System
WEBAC HIS is a hybrid injection resin used as a reactive component for large-volume cement grouting and holds National Technical Approval. It is characterized by rapid strength development and cures even underwater to form a stabilizing and sealing material. The resin is used to secure Foundation Pits and tunnel structures, as well as for subsoil stabilization and void filling.
Silicate Resins
WEBAC SILcompact M is a non-foaming silicate injection resin with German Mining Approval. It offers excellent flow properties and cures very quickly into a compact material that can be cut and planed. The resin is used for stabilizing and sealing tunnel structures and in mining applications.
Silicate Resins
WEBAC SILfill is a low-viscosity silicate injection foam resin. Even without contact with water, it forms a fine-celled foam with a high expansion ratio and cures quickly into a material that can be cut and planed. The resin is used for shield injection in the immediate vicinity of TBMs, as well as for subsoil stabilization and rock reinforcement.
Silicate Resins
WEBAC SILform is a silicate injection foam resin that foams and sets rapidly. It reacts with or without contact with water and cures into a pressure-resistant material that can be cut and planed. The resin is used for stabilizing and permanently sealing tunnel structures and in mining applications.
