PU Injection Resins
WEBAC® 1401
- Classic Line
PU resins are low-viscosity synthetic resins based on polyurethane. Depending on the formulation, PU resins can be elastic, flexible, or pressure-resistant, offering a wide range of applications for the permanent sealing of structures.
They are particularly suitable for filling cracks, gaps, and fine pores in building components. Due to their specific reaction mechanism, they form a uniform, closed structure that provides a permanently stable seal.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1401 is a very low-viscosity PU injection resin with good flow and penetration properties that can be used on dry, damp, or wet masonry. It cures into a volume-stable, elastic resin with minimal foaming. Due to its capillary-blocking and solidifying properties, it is particularly suitable for post-construction damp proof courses (dpc) in accordance with WTA standards, especially for larger masonry cross-sections.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1403 is a long-track-record proven PU injection resin, particularly valued for its safe and controlled application. Upon contact with water, it cures into a closed, waterproof, and dimensionally stable resin with a fine pore structure. It is suitable for sealing, crack injection, and stabilizing masonry and concrete, and is used for post-construction damp proof courses (dpc) against capillary rising damp.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1403P is a CE-certified, low-viscosity PU injection resin with high chemical resistance. Upon contact with water, it forms a uniform, closed, and watertight pore structure and cures into a resin with constant volume. It is suitable for sealing, waterproofing, and limited-expansion filling of dry, damp, or water-bearing cracks, as well as for injection of injection tubes in construction joints.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1404 is a low-viscosity PU injection resin that offers exceptional cost-effectiveness. In the presence of moisture, it exhibits only a very slight tendency to foam and cures into a volume-stable resin that seals the capillaries in the masonry. The resin is suitable both as a post-construction damp proof course (dpc) and for filling voids in masonry with high porosity, such as quarry stone.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1405 is a low-viscosity, CE-certified PU injection resin. It cures with constant volume to form an elastic, limited-elasticity resin. Upon contact with water, it forms a uniform, closed, and watertight pore structure. It is used for closing, sealing, and limited-elasticity filling of dry, damp, or water-bearing cracks, as well as for sealing cavities/voids in building construction, civil engineering, bridge construction, tunnel construction, and shaft construction.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1420 is a highly flexible, tear-resistant PU injection resin designed for areas subject to severe biological and chemical stress. Upon contact with water, it rapidly reacts to form a dimensionally stable foam structure and cures into an elastic, volume-stable resin with good elongation. It is suitable for sealing, waterproofing, and making limited-elasticity joints in building components, as well as for sealing water-bearing cracks in both dry and wet areas.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1440 is a highly flexible PU injection resin that forms a tear-resistant foam structure and is particularly suitable for structures with cavities/voids. It cures with constant volume to form a chemically highly resistant resin that stabilizes porous masonry and increases its strength and waterproofing properties. It is used for closing, sealing, and creating limited-elasticity joints between building components and is suitable as a post-construction damp proof course (dpc) against capillary rising damp in various types of masonry.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1610 is a high-strength PU injection resin whose compressive and bending tensile strength is specifically designed for structural bonding in masonry. When mixed with water, it foams slightly; however, under dry conditions, it cures without foaming into a compact, waterproof material. It is suitable for sealing, solidification, and structural bonding of building components, as well as for filling cavities/voids, and is specifically designed for use in masonry.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1660 is a CE-certified PU injection resin with high compressive and bending tensile strength. It foams slightly upon contact with water and, under dry conditions, cures into a virtually pore-free, solid, and waterproof material. It is used for sealing, bonding, and structural solidification of concrete and masonry; for filling cavities/voids and gravel pockets; and for structural bonding of dry voids in rubble masonry and loose rock.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC B14 is a hardener for certain PU injection resins. It shortens the pot life and curing time of these resins and is particularly recommended for use at low temperatures.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC PURseal is a fast-curing, permanently sealing PU injection resin. It cures into a compact, high-strength material without contact with water, while it reacts with a slight foaming action upon contact with water. The resin is used for subsoil stabilization and rock reinforcement, as well as for sealing against flowing and pressurized water in Foundation Pits, tunnels, and transportation infrastructure projects.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC PURseal M is a permanently sealing PU injection resin with German mining approval that is characterized by extremely rapid strength development. Without contact with water, it cures into a compact, high-strength material, while it reacts with slight foaming upon contact with water. The resin is used for anchor bonding as well as for Subsoil stabilization and rock reinforcement.
