It is suitable for temporarily closing, sealing, and filling cracks, cavities/voids, and gaps in masonry, concrete, and natural stone—e.g., in shaft construction and water management structures—and can also be used where there is limited movement of structural components.
PU Combi Injection Resins
WEBAC 1500 is a CE-certified PU combi injection resin that combines the beneficial properties of S-PU and PU resins. Upon contact with water, it rapidly forms a dense, elastic foam that ensures a permanent seal, but it also cures with constant volume even without water. It is particularly suitable for sealing cracks, cavities/voids, and areas exposed to water.
PU Combi Injection Resins
WEBAC 155 is a moisture-curing, 1C polyurethane (PU) injection resin that is ready for immediate use without mixing or a catalyst. Upon contact with water, it reacts to form an elastic, surface-tight foam that reliably and permanently seals cracks and cavities/voids. This makes WEBAC 155 particularly suitable for crack injection, masonry waterproofing, and building waterproofing, even against rising water.
Acrylat Gels
WEBAC 240 + Bseal I is a polymer-reinforced polyacrylate injection gel with excellent adhesion to dry, damp, and wet substrates, as well as to foils and membranes. After curing, the gel remains dimensionally stable and exhibits very little volume loss. Thanks to its elasticity and adhesive strength, it is suitable for sealing expansion joints, damaged sheet and membrane waterproofing, as well as for sealing annular gaps in tunnel lining construction.
Acrylat Gels
WEBAC 270 is a low-viscosity, CE-certified polyacrylate injection gel with very low volume loss during curing. Once cured, it forms a firm, elastic gel that reliably absorbs dynamic and mechanical stresses. It is suitable for crack injection in building components, sealing construction joints, and backfilling joints.
