PU Injection Foam Resins
WEBAC® 150
- Classic Line
PU injection foam resins (SPU) are low-viscosity, polyurethane-based reaction foam resins that foam rapidly upon contact with water, forming a fine-celled, open-cell foam structure. They are therefore particularly suitable for rapid, temporary water stoppage—even in the presence of high water pressure—and are used to seal open areas in fissured or cavity-containing masonry. The rapid foaming fills empty spaces, displaces water from the building structure, and quickly establishes a barrier that prevents water flow. For a permanently effective seal, a follow-up injection with PU resins is then performed.
PU Injection Foam Resins
WEBAC 150 is a versatile PU injection foam resin (SPU) that is particularly valued for its safe and easy application. Upon contact with water, it cures with significant expansion to form a surface-tight, firm-elastic foam with a very fine-cell structure. This makes it suitable for the rapid, temporary closure and sealing of pressurized water-bearing cracks, cavities/voids, and leaks in building construction, civil engineering, bridge construction, and tunnel construction.
PU Injection Foam Resins
WEBAC 157 is an elastic PU injection foam resin (SPU) with a very fine-pored foam structure. Upon contact with water, this low-viscosity material forms a surface-tight, adaptable foam. It is suitable for temporarily closing, sealing, and filling cracks, cavities/voids, and gaps in masonry, concrete, and natural stone—e.g., in shaft construction and water management structures—and can also be used where there is limited movement of structural components.
PU Injection Foam Resins
WEBAC B15 is a universal accelerator for PU injection foam resins and PU combination injection resins. It shortens the foaming reaction time of these resins and is particularly recommended for use at low temperatures.
PU Injection Foam Resins
WEBAC PURstop 1C is a single-component, polyurethane-based injection resin with a catalyst. Upon contact with water, it reacts rapidly and expands vigorously, forming an elastic, adaptable foam that reliably stops water ingress. The reaction time can be adjusted using the WEBAC PURstop ACC 1C catalyst. It is suitable for sealing Foundation Pits, for solidification of loose soils, and for filling voids.
