Swelling Tapes

Swelling tapes are used to seal construction joints and pipe penetrations exposed to groundwater, slope water or surface water. On contact with water, they swell and develop expansion pressure, creating permanent contact pressure against the joint flanks and providing a reliable seal. They can also be used in structures exposed to salts or fertilisers and offer high chemical resistance.
