The conservation of monuments and the restoration of historic building structures is a special
task and challenge for planners and contractors. A monument is a historical document
characterized by its rarity, uniqueness and originality.
Most important types of restoration in monument conservation
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1401 is a very low-viscosity PU injection resin with good flow and penetration properties that can be used on dry, damp, or wet masonry. It cures into a volume-stable, elastic resin with minimal foaming. Due to its capillary-blocking and solidifying properties, it is particularly suitable for post-construction damp proof courses (dpc) in accordance with WTA standards, especially for larger masonry cross-sections.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1403 is a long-track-record proven PU injection resin, particularly valued for its safe and controlled application. Upon contact with water, it cures into a closed, waterproof, and dimensionally stable resin with a fine pore structure. It is suitable for sealing, crack injection, and stabilizing masonry and concrete, and is used for post-construction damp proof courses (dpc) against capillary rising damp.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1404 is a low-viscosity PU injection resin that offers exceptional cost-effectiveness. In the presence of moisture, it exhibits only a very slight tendency to foam and cures into a volume-stable resin that seals the capillaries in the masonry. The resin is suitable both as a post-construction damp proof course (dpc) and for filling voids in masonry with high porosity, such as quarry stone.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1405 is a low-viscosity, CE-certified PU injection resin. It cures with constant volume to form an elastic, limited-elasticity resin. Upon contact with water, it forms a uniform, closed, and watertight pore structure. It is used for closing, sealing, and limited-elasticity filling of dry, damp, or water-bearing cracks, as well as for sealing cavities/voids in building construction, civil engineering, bridge construction, tunnel construction, and shaft construction.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1610 is a high-strength PU injection resin whose compressive and bending tensile strength is specifically designed for structural bonding in masonry. When mixed with water, it foams slightly; however, under dry conditions, it cures without foaming into a compact, waterproof material. It is suitable for sealing, solidification, and structural bonding of building components, as well as for filling cavities/voids, and is specifically designed for use in masonry.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1660 is a CE-certified PU injection resin with high compressive and bending tensile strength. It foams slightly upon contact with water and, under dry conditions, cures into a virtually pore-free, solid, and waterproof material. It is used for sealing, bonding, and structural solidification of concrete and masonry; for filling cavities/voids and gravel pockets; and for structural bonding of dry voids in rubble masonry and loose rock.
PU Injection Foam Resins
WEBAC 150 is a versatile PU injection foam resin (SPU) that is particularly valued for its safe and easy application. Upon contact with water, it cures with significant expansion to form a surface-tight, firm-elastic foam with a very fine-cell structure. This makes it suitable for the rapid, temporary closure and sealing of pressurized water-bearing cracks, cavities/voids, and leaks in building construction, civil engineering, bridge construction, and tunnel construction.
Silicate Resins
WEBAC 2061 is a very low-viscosity, water-resistant silicate injection solution. It reacts to form a chemically resistant, solidified structure and is suitable for stabilizing and solidifying non-cohesive to weakly cohesive soils and masonry.
PU Casting Foam Resins
WEBAC 2260 is a slow-expanding, thermally insulating PU casting foam resin. It cures into a pressure-resistant, non-brittle rigid foam with a fine-pored, closed-cell, and hydrophobic structure. It is used to fill voids, cracks, and gaps, e.g., in double-shell masonry or around pipe penetrations, and also serves as a sealant.
Acrylat Gels
WEBAC 240 is a low-viscosity, fast-setting polyacrylate injection gel with National Technical Approval from DIBt (B-concentration 2%). After curing, it forms a waterproof, firm-elastic gel that reliably absorbs dynamic and mechanical stresses. It is particularly suitable for curtain injection—either in the subsoil immediately adjacent to the structural element or within the existing building structure—as well as for subsoil stabilization and waterproofing or damp proof courses (dpc).
Acrylat Gels
WEBAC 240 + Bseal I is a polymer-reinforced polyacrylate injection gel with excellent adhesion to dry, damp, and wet substrates, as well as to foils and membranes. After curing, the gel remains dimensionally stable and exhibits very little volume loss. Thanks to its elasticity and adhesive strength, it is suitable for sealing expansion joints, damaged sheet and membrane waterproofing, as well as for sealing annular gaps in tunnel lining construction.
Acrylat Gels
WEBAC 250 is a very low-viscosity polyacrylate injection gel with excellent penetrating ability that penetrates even the finest pores of mineral substrates. After curing, it hardens into a waterproof, firm-elastic gel with high elasticity and good adhesion to both dry and wet substrates. It is particularly suitable for post-construction damp proof courses (dpc) and for large-area waterproofing in masonry.
Epoxy Injection Resins
WEBAC 4110 is a CE-certified, low-viscosity epoxy injection resin. This allows the resin to penetrate even the finest cracks and crack branches, enabling a permanent bond in concrete and masonry structures. After application, it cures with constant volume to form a solid material with high tensile strength and inherent strength, as well as excellent edge adhesion. It is used to close, seal, and perform structural bonding of dry cracks in concrete components, as well as for injection of construction joints.
Epoxy Putties and Adhesives
WEBAC 4525 is a non-drip, universal epoxy putty. It cures into a solid mass with high chemical resistance and can be applied even on damp substrates and in areas exposed to water. It is particularly suitable for bonding mineral building materials and for crack sealing.
Dispersion for Walls and Floors
WEBAC 5611 is a reactive bitumen-acrylate dispersion that adheres well to a wide variety of substrates and has crack-bridging properties. The hydrophobic effect of the bitumen component creates a waterproof seal with reliable protection against leaching by salts harmful to structures. This makes WEBAC 5611 suitable for surface waterproofing against hydrostatic pressure in building construction, civil engineering, and historic preservation.
Injection Pumps
The WEBAC IP 2K-PU is an air-powered 2C double-piston pump designed for dispensing polyurethane resins in a 1:1 mixing ratio. It is characterized by high dispensing accuracy and a robust, site-ready design, and is available with a variety of connection systems and mixing heads. The pump is used for the sealing of foundation pits, as well as for ground injection and the backfilling of cavities/voids.
