PU Injection Resins
WEBAC® PURseal
- Consolidation Line

Anchor bonding involves the installation of anchor rods and rock bolts to secure loose rock, fault zones, and dam structures. This process connects fractured rock sections through a structural connection and stabilizes unstable areas. Cable, rod, and self-drilling anchors are used, particularly for anchoring tunnel lining shells in rock and mountainous terrain.
The bonding resins used are high-strength PU resins and viscoelastic silicate resins with rapid strength development, thixotropic behavior, and good water displacement—preferably with mining certification. In the event of heavy water ingress, a water-stop injection is performed prior to anchor installation to seal the area and ensure the safe execution of the anchor bonding.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC PURseal is a fast-curing, permanently sealing PU injection resin. It cures into a compact, high-strength material without contact with water, while it reacts with a slight foaming action upon contact with water. The resin is used for subsoil stabilization and rock reinforcement, as well as for sealing against flowing and pressurized water in Foundation Pits, tunnels, and transportation infrastructure projects.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC PURseal M is a permanently sealing PU injection resin with German mining approval that is characterized by extremely rapid strength development. Without contact with water, it cures into a compact, high-strength material, while it reacts with slight foaming upon contact with water. The resin is used for anchor bonding as well as for Subsoil stabilization and rock reinforcement.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC PURseal M S is a fast-curing PU injection resin with DIBt approval for environmental compatibility when in contact with soil and groundwater. It cures into a compact, high-strength material without contact with water, while it reacts with a slight foaming effect when in contact with water. The resin is used for subsoil stabilization and rock reinforcement, as well as for securing foundation pits and tunnel structures.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC PURseal M SL10 is a PU injection resin with extended working and penetration times that has received DIBt approval for environmental compatibility when in contact with soil and groundwater. The resin cures into a compact, high-strength material without contact with water and reacts with a slight foaming effect when it comes into contact with water. It is used for subsoil stabilization and rock reinforcement, as well as for permanent waterproofing.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC PURseal M SL5 is a relatively fast-curing PU injection resin. It cures into a compact, high-strength material without contact with water, but reacts with slight foaming when it comes into contact with water. The resin is used for subsoil stabilization and rock reinforcement, as well as for securing foundation pits and tunnel structures.
Silicate Resins
WEBAC SILcompact M is a non-foaming silicate injection resin with German Mining Approval. It offers excellent flow properties and cures very quickly into a compact material that can be cut and planed. The resin is used for stabilizing and sealing tunnel structures and in mining applications.
Silicate Resins
WEBAC SILcompact M thix is a non-foaming silicate injection resin with German Mining Approval. It offers excellent flow properties combined with rapid viscosity development and cures very quickly into a solid material that can be cut and planed. The resin is used for stabilizing and sealing tunnel structures and in mining applications.
