WEBAC® 1401

WEBAC 1401 is a very low-viscosity PU injection resin with good flow and penetration properties that can be used on dry, damp, or wet masonry. It cures into a volume-stable, elastic resin with minimal foaming. Due to its capillary-blocking and solidifying properties, it is particularly suitable for post-construction damp proof courses (dpc) in accordance with WTA standards, especially for larger masonry cross-sections.

Range of Application

  • Damp proof course (dpc) in masonry, preferably for compact masonry structures and high wall thicknesses
  • Sealing of gypsum-based masonry, also in monument conservation
  • Sealing injections in masonry and open-pored concrete structures (e.g. tamped concrete)

Properties

  • Polyurethan-based injection resin
  • Capillary obstruction, solidifying
  • Extremely low viscosity
  • Low foam development
  • Good penetration
  • Long pot life

WEBAC injection packers are filling nozzles that serve as a connecting element between the injection pump and the structural component. They are available in various designs—such as Drill hole packers or surface packers—depending on the type of injection material and the requirements of the structural component. The packers are characterized by secure attachment within the structural element as well as high pressure and corrosion resistance (stainless steel or aluminum versions).
