Acrylat Gels

Injection gels are water-based, very low-viscosity polyacrylate materials with high penetrating power and capillary-blocking properties. They can reversibly absorb and release moisture, making them particularly suitable for areas in contact with the ground. Injection gels are used for surface-level waterproofing against moisture penetration, for post-construction damp proof courses (dpc), or for backfilling joints. After injection, the gels spread throughout the capillaries and pores of the masonry and permanently seal them, thereby reducing moisture transport.

    WEBAC® 240

    • Classic Line
    • Consolidation Line

WEBAC 240 is a low-viscosity, fast-setting polyacrylate injection gel with National Technical Approval from DIBt (B-concentration 2%). After curing, it forms a waterproof, firm-elastic gel that reliably absorbs dynamic and mechanical stresses. It is particularly suitable for curtain injection—either in the subsoil immediately adjacent to the structural element or within the existing building structure—as well as for subsoil stabilization and waterproofing or damp proof courses (dpc).

    WEBAC® 240 + Bseal I

    • Classic Line
    • Consolidation Line

WEBAC 240 + Bseal I is a polymer-reinforced polyacrylate injection gel with excellent adhesion to dry, damp, and wet substrates, as well as to foils and membranes. After curing, the gel remains dimensionally stable and exhibits very little volume loss. Thanks to its elasticity and adhesive strength, it is suitable for sealing expansion joints, damaged sheet and membrane waterproofing, as well as for sealing annular gaps in tunnel lining construction.

    WEBAC® 250

    • Classic Line

WEBAC 250 is a very low-viscosity polyacrylate injection gel with excellent penetrating ability that penetrates even the finest pores of mineral substrates. After curing, it hardens into a waterproof, firm-elastic gel with high elasticity and good adhesion to both dry and wet substrates. It is particularly suitable for post-construction damp proof courses (dpc) and for large-area waterproofing in masonry.

    WEBAC® 270

    • Classic Line

WEBAC 270 is a low-viscosity, CE-certified polyacrylate injection gel with very low volume loss during curing. Once cured, it forms a firm, elastic gel that reliably absorbs dynamic and mechanical stresses. It is suitable for crack injection in building components, sealing construction joints, and backfilling joints.
