PU Injection Resins
WEBAC® PURseal M S
- Consolidation Line
During the construction of a residential building, loose soil caused subsidence, which necessitated post-construction stabilization of the foundations. During an on-site visit, a possible synthetic resin injection was presented and planned in detail.

The loose building ground caused settlement, which led to instability in the existing strip foundations. In order to ensure long-term load-bearing capacity, it was decided after intensive consultation to stabilize the subsoil with a post-construction synthetic resin injection.
The proven PU resin WEBAC PURseal M S was used for this purpose. It was injected using special ram injection lances at intervals of approx. 60 cm along the strip foundations to a depth of approx. 3.5 m. The injection was carried out precisely with a powerful 2C injection pump.
The decisive factor in such measures is the precise monitoring and adjustment of the injection pressure to the respective conditions of the building ground.
After completion of the work and dismantling of the injection lances, the extension now has a stable, load-bearing foundation, so that further settlement is not to be expected.
The successful application of WEBAC PURseal M S ensured the long-term stability of the building and confirmed the effectiveness of this injection method.
PU Injection Resins
WEBAC PURseal M S is a fast-curing PU injection resin with DIBt approval for environmental compatibility when in contact with soil and groundwater. It cures into a compact, high-strength material without contact with water, while it reacts with a slight foaming effect when in contact with water. The resin is used for subsoil stabilization and rock reinforcement, as well as for securing foundation pits and tunnel structures.
Injection Packers
WEBAC ram injection lances are modular lances designed for injecting resins and acrylic gels. They are easy to use and are employed for soil and foundation stabilization as well as for filling voids.
