On the third basement level of an underground car park in India, water-bearing cracks and leaking construction joints appeared in the concrete walls. Particularly during the monsoon season, the heavy water ingress placed a considerable strain on the structure and the use of the underground car park.
WEBAC 155 was used for the waterproofing. This 1C combination injection resin foams rapidly on contact with water, forming a fine, flexible and watertight foam structure within the cracks and joints. This enabled the water-bearing areas to be waterproofed in a targeted manner. The measure ensured a permanent seal for the affected concrete structures. The injection technology used proved its worth even under the demanding conditions of the monsoon season.

WEBAC 155 is a moisture-curing, 1C polyurethane (PU) injection resin that is ready for immediate use without mixing or a catalyst. Upon contact with water, it reacts to form an elastic, surface-tight foam that reliably and permanently seals cracks and cavities/voids. This makes WEBAC 155 particularly suitable for crack injection, masonry waterproofing, and building waterproofing, even against rising water.
