PU Injection Resins
WEBAC® 1403
- Classic Line
Following water damage in the area of a floor-to-wall joint, the screed was removed along the affected wall sections and the existing insulation was taken out.
After the necessary preparatory work, the 36.5-cm-thick wall was injected with WEBAC 1403, with the injection pressure set as low as possible (35–40 bar) to ensure targeted material distribution while minimizing damage to the masonry.
The injection, as well as any necessary follow-up injections, continued until the affected areas could no longer absorb any more material. This post-construction damp proof course (dpc) provided reliable protection against rising damp and ensured the long-term preservation of the building structure.

PU Injection Resins
WEBAC 1403 is a long-track-record proven PU injection resin, particularly valued for its safe and controlled application. Upon contact with water, it cures into a closed, waterproof, and dimensionally stable resin with a fine pore structure. It is suitable for sealing, crack injection, and stabilizing masonry and concrete, and is used for post-construction damp proof courses (dpc) against capillary rising damp.
